I Am Making My Next Move...

Let me start with something real: not too long ago, I found myself asking a question that stopped me in my tracks - Am I really happy with what I’m doing?
If you’ve ever felt stuck, confused, or unsure about whether the path you’re on is truly aligned with who you are and what you want, then you know how unsettling that question can be. And honestly? I think every single one of us has been there at some point.
Maybe it happens when you hit a plateau in your business. Or when the grind starts to feel heavier than the reward. Maybe it’s when you look around and wonder if all the effort is actually worth it. Whatever the trigger, these moments force us to pause and reflect and sometimes, they lead to big shifts.
That’s exactly what happened for me.
Why I am Making This Move
A few months ago, I decided to do a deep self-assessment to figure out what my strengths are, what lights me up, and where I might be misaligned. It wasn’t easy. In fact, it was messy. There were days when I felt more confused than clear, more frustrated than inspired. But through that process, one thing became undeniable:
While I love helping SaaS entrepreneurs solve problems and grow their businesses, what excites me most is empowering YOU (a SaaS entrepreneur) to navigate the mental and emotional challenges of entrepreneurship.
Because running a SaaS business isn’t just about metrics, strategies, or tools. It’s about you . Your mindset. Your resilience. Your ability to push forward even when things feel impossible.
And let’s be honest there are plenty of times when it does feel impossible.
Introducing - The Inner Power
Out of this journey comes a new direction for our newsletter. Instead of focusing solely on tactical solutions (like reducing churn or boosting profits), we’re going to dig deeper.
We’ll explore the challenges that make entrepreneurship hard, not just logistically but emotionally, and how to overcome them by cultivating clarity, resilience, and perseverance.
Welcome to "The Inner Power"
As a SaaS entrepreneur, you know the grind all too well. You’ve spent sleepless nights wondering if your product will ever truly achieve product-market fit. You’ve wrestled with the pressure of scaling sustainably while keeping churn rates in check.
And let’s not forget the imposter syndrome that creeps in when comparing yourself to other founders or the constant second-guessing of whether every decision you make is the right one for your team, customers, and vision.
But beneath the surface, there are even deeper, unspoken battles that hit harder than we admit. I am sure you can relate to most of these or all.
The guilt of delegating critical tasks because you’re afraid no one else will do it “right.”
The mental exhaustion of juggling customer feedback, investor expectations, and team morale - all at once.
The fear of failure whispering, “What if this feature, hire, or decision breaks everything?”
The perfectionism that keeps you iterating endlessly instead of shipping, learning, and growing.
The overwhelming pressure to stay ahead in an industry that evolves faster than you can adapt.
The comparison trap, where you measure your success against other SaaS companies and feel like you’re falling behind.
The burnout that comes from working endless hours, neglecting your health, relationships, and personal life.
The frustration of hitting growth plateaus and feeling stuck despite your best efforts.
The struggle to maintain your company’s culture and alignment when leading remote or distributed teams.
The fear of letting people down—whether it’s your team, customers, investors, or even yourself.
These aren’t weaknesses, they’re part of the SaaS founder’s journey. They’re the invisible battles that shape you as a leader. And together, we’ll transform them into strengths.
In this newsletter, "The Inner Power," we’ll dive deep into these challenges and provide actionable strategies to help you navigate them with clarity, resilience, and perseverance.
Through real stories from fellow SaaS founders who’ve faced similar struggles, counterintuitive insights, and practical tools, we’ll empower you to build not just a thriving business but also a fulfilling life.
Let’s turn these invisible battles into fuel for growth and create a mindset that empowers you to lead with confidence, purpose, and unwavering focus.
This Week’s Insight
How to Know If You’re Aligned With Your Work
Before we dive into strategies, let’s get honest about alignment. When I asked myself if I was happy with what I was doing, it forced me to evaluate three key areas. Ask yourself these questions:
Step 1: Does This Play to My Strengths?
What activities energize you vs. drain you? Are you spending most of your time doing work that feels natural and fulfilling or are you constantly swimming upstream?
Step 2: Is This Impactful?
Do you feel like your work matters? Not just in terms of profit, but in terms of purpose. Are you solving problems that genuinely matter to you and your customers?
Step 3: Am I Growing?
Are you learning, evolving, and becoming a better version of yourself through this work? Or does it feel stagnant?
Alignment doesn’t mean perfection, it means progress. If any of these answers feel off, don’t panic. That’s where growth begins.
I Need Your Help
